My Daughter Stella, has challenged my baking abilities, she has challenged my thinking and changed my way of eating,
SO far.. Stella is sensitive to : Gluten, dairy, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, dextrose, almonds, strawberries, yeast and sugar.
Because she has too much yeast in her body right now, her digestion isn't firing on all cylinders. Sugar and sugary things feed yeast. so for now she also can't have : grapes, melon, beets and over ripe bananas..also nothing pickled, no canned veggies or fruits, beans, fermented meat like ham, nitrate bacon, sausage, hot dogs and lunch meat.. also pure maple syrup and doing our best to stay away from starchy veggies.
So as you can see.. it isnt an easy task. But it is my challange, And I believe I am somehow succeeding at it.
I created this blog to share recipes I make for those who are curious and to help explain all I do,
I am on Pinterest and find many recipes on there, but just about everyone I have to tweek a bit.
I search primarily for Paleo, Whole30, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Vegan.
